WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL?
Your rental includes (8) hours of event time, set up, break down, and delivery (free within a 30 mile radius of Laveen, AZ or Oxnard, CA).

WHEN DO YOU SET UP?
We will arrive at the event location approximately one-three hours before scheduled rental start time to set up.
DO YOU USE FRESH FLOWERS FOR YOUR WALLS?
We use faux premium silk for our flowers and foliage. We are a much more cost efficient option; typically, you're looking at 6k-10k for an 8ft fresh flower wall. Our silk flowers are only made with premium, high quality materials. You'd honestly be surprised they're not real.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA THINGS I SHOULD KNOW?

We will need 10ft x 10ft (and 10ft in height) to set up your flower wall. Please make sure the ground is leveled (either indoor or outdoor).

Once installed, the backdrop CANNOT be moved.

Client must provide free or pre-paid parking for the time of delivery/installation and the time of pick-up/break-down.

IS DELIVERY FREE?
Yes. We offer free delivery within a 30 mile radius of Laveen, AZ or Oxnard, CA. There will be an added delivery fee for locations further.

WHAT'S THE COST FOR FURTHER DELIVERIES?
When you send us a quote, please include the event location, and we'll calculate the additional cost per mile.

ARE YOU RUNNING ANY PROMOTIONS?
Promotions and specials pop up every now and then, so be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook (@lefleurwall) to stay up to date.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
A signed rental agreement along with a 50% non-refundable deposit of your invoice is required for us to save your date. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days prior to your event date.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. In order for us to save your date/time and wall selection, you'll need to provide a 50% non-refundable deposit.

ARE YOU FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes. Absolutely. We are a fully licensed and insured business!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Since we are a boutique company, we only accept 1-3 events per day. Once the rental agreement is signed and your event date is reserved, we decline further requests from potential clients for your date and time. This is why we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your event will receive a full refund, minus the 50% deposit.

If cancellations are made less than 14 days, you are responsible for paying the full invoice price.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM WALLS?
Unfortunately, no. At the moment we are not able to take custom flower wall orders.
